We at Border Tent Hire would like to welcome you to the great outdoor experience of camping and give you the opportunity to see the whole of the Scottish Borders and far beyond. However to ensure you have a great time and to allow others to do the same we have a few ground few rules. Terms and Conditions All deposits and payments should be paid in full before collection/delivery will be allowed. For single sex parties deposits will be doubled. All tents and camping equipment will be checked and any damage found will result in full loss of your deposit - please therefore allow time when returning tents/equipment for this check to be carried out. Pets will be allowed but any dirt must be cleaned and excess dirt or damage may result in loss of your deposit. We would prefer all smoking to be outside of the tent, any damage found will result in the loss of your deposit. Late collections will NOT result in an extended holiday and late returns WILL result in an extra fee payable unless prior arrangement has been agreed with the management. We do not offer travel insurance and recommend that you purchase this incase of any unforeseen mishaps. We are not responsible for any loss or injury sustained during your holiday, no matter how it was caused. If our tents and equipment are used responsibly this should not occur. We have specially selected our tents for quality and to ensure you have a great holiday. They are checked after each hire for rips/tears and cleanliness. We ask that you respect our tents and equipment as damages will result in the loss of your deposit. All our tents and equipment will carry details of our telephone numbers, email address and website should you need to contact us during your holiday. |
